Where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

International or EU shipping may be introduced in the future. If this happens, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges would be the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly communicated at checkout.

Order processing and dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders as follows:

Monday to Friday: orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day.

No dispatch: weekends or UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on non-dispatch days will be dispatched on the next working day.

Dispatch times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. If there is a delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery method

We currently send orders using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to change delivery providers where necessary, for example due to service disruption, operational requirements, or industrial action.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, including any promotional or free‑delivery offers, are displayed at checkout. Subscription orders may qualify for free delivery, while non‑subscription orders may be subject to a delivery charge. Where a delivery charge applies, it will be shown before you place your order. From time to time we may offer promotional free delivery or adjust our delivery charges; any such changes will apply only to future orders and will be made clear at checkout.

Delivery times and delays

Once dispatched, delivery times depend on Royal Mail and factors outside our control.

Delays may occur due to postal service disruption or strikes, adverse weather, or peak delivery periods.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers. However, if you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment for them.

In line with UK consumer law, we aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking information is available, this will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at hello@lunaformulas.co.uk so we can assist.

Incorrect delivery details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange re- delivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

Missed or undeliverable deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or was refused, we will contact you to arrange re‑delivery. We may charge an additional delivery fee for re‑delivery. If you choose to cancel your order instead, we will refund the price of the goods minus the original delivery charge.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lunaformulas.co.uk. Photos are helpful where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
