Placing an order

When you place an order on our website, you are requesting to buy product(s) from us.

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including due to product availability issues, pricing or listing errors, or suspected misuse.

If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure checkout.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

If a payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

Your subscription will renew automatically at the interval you select unless cancelled.

Payment will be taken automatically before each scheduled renewal and dispatch using the payment method selected at checkout.

You can manage or cancel your subscription by logging into your account (where available) or by emailing hello@lunaformulas.co.uk.

Cut-off for changes or cancellation: To stop your next subscription order from being processed, changes or cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next scheduled renewal or dispatch date.

If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation will apply to future orders only.

We may send reminder emails as a courtesy, but it is your responsibility to manage or cancel your subscription before the cut-off.

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry payment or pause your subscription until payment is resolved.

Dispatch and delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Our current dispatch times, cut‑off times and non‑dispatch days are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please refer to that policy for up‑to‑date information on when your order will be dispatched.

Delivery

For details of our delivery services, including the type of delivery provider we use, estimated delivery times and any applicable delivery charges, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Subscription orders may qualify for free delivery, while other orders may incur a delivery charge. Any delivery charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order. We may change our delivery provider or delivery charges from time to time; any such changes will apply only to future orders and will be reflected in the Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (such as postal disruptions, adverse weather or busy periods). In line with UK consumer law, we aim to ensure all orders are delivered within 30 days of order confirmation unless we agree otherwise.

Your right to cancel

Under UK consumer law, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Health and hygiene exception: This cancellation right does not apply to sealed food supplements once the seal has been broken.

If you wish to cancel an unopened, unused, and sealed product, please contact hello@lunaformulas.co.uk.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, or for issues caused by misuse of a product or failure to follow label instructions.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luna Formulas Limited.

Business customers

If you are purchasing our products wholly or mainly for use in connection with your trade, business or profession, your rights may differ from those of a consumer. In particular, you may not be entitled to the 14‑day cancellation period described above.

Disputes and governing law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer and live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
